Hong Kong Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)
The program aims to attract top talents with rich work experience and good academic qualifications from all over the world to explore opportunities in Hong Kong. These top talents include high-income talents and graduates from the world’s top universities. The entire application process can be approved within 4 weeks after all documents are submitted.
Eligible Applicants

Category A:
Individuals with annual income reaching HK$2.5 million or above, or its equivalent in foreign currency, in the year immediately preceding the date of application

Category B:
Graduates of the eligible universities with at least 3 years of work experience over the past 5 years immediately preceding the date of application, or

Category C:
Graduates from eligible universities in the past 5 years immediately preceding the date of application with less than 3 years of work experience, subject to an annual quota which is to be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme
The program seeks to attract highly skilled or talented persons to settle in Hong Kong in order to enhance Hong Kong's economic competitiveness. Successful applicants are not required to have secured an offer of local employment before their entry to Hong Kong for settlement. All applicants are required to fulfill a set of prerequisites before they can be awarded points under one of the two points-based tests, namely the General Points Test and Achievement-based Points Test and compete for quota allocation with other applicants.

Proof of assets of RMB100,000 or above for a single person, or RMB200,000 for a family

Applicants are required to pass one of the two scoring systems: General Points System or Achievement Points System

The full score of the General Points Test is 245 points. Applicants with a score of 80 points or above can submit an application and enter the selection process.

The full score for the Achievement-based Points Test is 245 points. Applicants pass is they are able to fulfill one of the following criteria:
1) Has received an award of exceptional achievement (e.g., Olympic medals, Nobel prize, national/international awards); or
2) Can show that his/her work has been acknowledged by his/her peers or has contributed significantly to the development of his/her field (e.g., lifetime achievement award from recognized industry association).
