LMIA Requirements for Foreign Applicants：
1 Ages between 22-45
2 Hold a Bachelor degree or above
3 Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience
4 A score above 6 on English, IELTS
5 Proof of financial statement of at least CAD$12,000
6 No criminal records
LMIA Advantages

Usually takes 3-4 months for approval. Obtain Maple Leaf Card after half a year once settled in Canada.

LMIA Application Process
The employer should apply LMIA to Employment and Social Development Canada clarifying the reasons for hiring foreign workers, and issue an employment offer
After LMIA’s approval, the applicant can go to Canada with the LMIA confirmation letter and the employment offer to obtain a work permit. If the applicant is outside of Canada,
The applicant can start preparing for the EE application and wait for the ITA invitation once the applicant started the job in Canada.
Prepare EE immigration documents within 60 days after receiving the ITA invitation, and make an appointment for medical exam.
After submitting EE application and passing the medical exam, you will then finally get the Canadian Maple Leaf Card
