Program Process
Initial Evaluation

Contract Signing – After the client passes the evaluation process, the client signs a contract with My Visa Services. Then to discuss target careers, working hours and paying the service fees.
Background Enhancement
According to the client’s background and the matched employer, My Visa Services will conduct a Personalized Resume Revision, Interview Skills Improvement, Thinking and Cultural Counseling to help clients meet the needs of the employer. To increase the competitiveness, the client will conduct 3-6 mock interviews before the formal interview with the employer.
Employer
Matching & Interviews
My Visa Services will then match the client with suitable job and employers. The client will conduct an interview with the employer. If the client fails to pass the arranged interview, we will continue to arrange interviews with the next employer. The client will get at least one offer they desire.
Acceptance of Job Offer
The client will receive an official offer letter once they passed the interview. The client will have to accept the job offer within 3 working days.
Onboarding & Work Permit Application
In accordance with the British Law, we will start applying for a work permit.
Eligibility
To qualify for a Skilled Worker visa, you must:

Work for a UK employer that’s been approved by the Home Office

Have a “certificate of sponsorship” for your employer with information about the role you’ve been offered in the UK

Do a job that’s on the list of eligible occupations

Be paid a minimum salary – how much depends on the type of work you do
*You must have a confirmed job offer before you apply for your visa
Knowledge of English
You must prove you can read, write, speak and understand English to at least level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.

Permanent Residency Requirements

Hold a Skilled Worker Visa when applying for permanent residence

During the first 5 years, applicants cannot leave the UK for more than 180 days a year

Your employer is willing to continue to hire you and pay the salary required by the immigration office

Pass the Life in the UK test

At least a level B1 on the CEFR test

After obtaining permanent residence, there are no more strict immigration supervision requirement to maintain the permanent residence status with a minimum requirement of entering UK once every 2 years.
Naturalization Requirements

Be currently living in the UK

Living in the UK for at least 5 years, without an absence longer than 450 days

Travelled outside of the UK for no more than 90 days in the last year
